Ski Season Rate rules

• Friday & Saturday must be booked together for weekends. 7 nights Saturday to Saturday is also OK.
• Online requests are for whole rooms (please email if you are requesting per person rates in a shared room).
• The room is available where rate is in green, and "Request" button is showing. (That is, you don't need to make a request to check availability)
• All bookings are "On Request" and are confirmed once payment is received. An invoice for payment will usually be sent within 24 hrs.
• Once a request is made the room is reserved for you pending processing.

Cancellations Policy

• Over 28 Days, or space resold - full refund less a $50 handling fee.
• If space not resold, from 14 to 28 days notice, a refund of 50%, less than 14 days, no refund.

Linen Hire

• Includes sheets, pillow case, towel and bathmat
• Select double or singles in the optional extras when booking
