Ski Season Rate rules
- Friday & Saturday must be booked together for weekends. 7 nights Saturday to Saturday is also OK.
- To check availability, select date, number of nights, and number of guests.
The display is per room, with green being available along with the price per night.
- The room is available where rate is in green, and "Request" button is showing. (That is, you don't need to make a request to check availability)
- All bookings are "On Request" and are confirmed once payment is received. An invoice for payment will usually be sent within 24 hrs.
- Once a request is made the room is reserved for you pending processing.
- Online requests are for whole rooms

Cancellations Policy
- Over 28 Days, or space resold - full refund less a $50 handling fee.
- If space not resold, from 14 to 28 days notice, a refund of 50%, less than 14 days, no refund.
Linen Hire
- Includes sheets, pillow case, towel and bathmat
- Select double or singles in the optional extras when booking
